Why does it matter whether we support one another’s weirdnesses? We delved into this a bit in our interview with Mitch, some months ago. It’s always worth revisiting what he has to say. In particular, we talked about the fact that many nerds and makers have felt alienated by their interests, or otherwise struggled socially. Now that we have a strong and growing community, we must foster it with compassion.
